Parlays & Accumulators

• In an accumulator bet, losing a single leg means the entire accumulator is lost.
• Combining related markets from the same event in an accumulator may be restricted.

Play win is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts or renting out an account to claim bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to exploit the gaming or betting system.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

• Attempting a chargeback or payment fraud.

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Play win reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
• Account verification (KYC) not completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, play win will generally notify the member by email or SMS, unless the situation requires immediate action.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to complete the withdrawal process first.
